Water Damage repair can only be done with the insurance company and Chippewa Valley Exteriors working together to develop the scope of work.
Chippewa Valley Exteriors uses the same software used by most insurance companies, Xactimate 27 to price out our jobs, we also supply your insurance adjuster with an aerial view of your property with accurate measurements on it. These are industry standard tools specific to your location to arrive at actual job costs. Once the adjuster and Chippewa Valley Exteriors agree on the scope of work we will work for insurance proceeds, plus any undetermined supplements from hidden or previously undiscovered damage, and any code upgrades required by The municipalities where the work is being completed.
We will supplement your insurance company to eliminate your out of pocket expense for these mandatory updates. Also, due to the complexity of your repairs Chippewa Valley Exteriors will apply for 10% overhead and 10% profit from your insurance company which is industry standard as well.
